We will take time to understand the daily routine of each person and maintain their dignity and privacy at all times. This will include cultural needs and beliefs, personal care, activities, leisure interests and domestic tasks. An in-depth support plan will be created from the very start and we will ensure that they are up to date and make changes when they are needed. The service user will always be involved in the care planning process and choice will always be valued.

These include a range of leisure; educational and social activities all geared towards the individual’s personal interests and needs. Eagle House is only a short journey away from Lincoln city centre and residents can take full advantage of all the parks, shopping, theatres, culture, and other amenities that Lincolnshire has to offer. Staff will facilitate and supervise all activities and outings in line with the individual’s personal package of support.
